Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date if the item(s) have not been washed or used. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and in its original condition (no extra shipping labels or stickers). Merchandise bought at our pop-up shops are not eligible for return. If your item(s) meet the criteria stated, a return shipping label will be sent to your email after completing the following form CLICK HERE TO START YOUR RETURN.
Returned merchandise will be processed within 3-5 business days upon being received. If the returned item(s) are deemed unwashed and unused, and shoes have its original shoebox intact, a refund will be issued to your bank, credit card or PayPal account. The amount issued will be equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus the return shipping costs. Please note that funds received from the refund in your account can take approximately 5-10 business days to become available depending on your bank.
- All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking information until the return has been processed.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If a claim for damaged or faulty items due to manufacture error must be reported, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item is damaged from not following washing instructions, the item is not eligible to return for a refund. Only damaged goods that meet the above criteria will receive a full refund and free shipping return labels.
